To ensure government services are more accessible to the public, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has opened an off-site office in Calbayog, Samar.
“The PRC needs to strengthen its ties with local government units and PRC offices need to be more visible and closer to the transactional public,” said PRC Commissioner Erwin M. Enad.
