The agreement was signed by Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, SDO Superintendent Evalou Agustin and UST Rector, The Most Reverend Father. Richard G. Ang, represented by Vice Provost Academic Affairs Cheryl R. Peralta.

Previously, the local government of Pasig had signed a similar agreement for a “Teaching Reading Diploma” commitment with the Philippine Normal University (PNU).

By providing opportunities for teachers to improve their teaching abilities, local government is able to maintain and strengthen the provision of quality education to its students and local schools.
